In the afternoon, you'll collect your motorcycle and get acquainted with your machine. This evening, join your guides and fellow riders for a welcome dinner and tour briefing — a chance to share excitement and get ready for the road ahead. The adventure starts here. Highlights: Ljubljana Castle, old town squares, welcome dinner with group
Ljubljana to Leinz
We leave the city behind and head straight into the mountains. Riding the emerald-green Soča Valley via Kobarid, expect smooth bends, turquoise rivers, and dramatic peaks. A climb over the Predil and Pontebba passes takes us into Austria, ending our day in Lienz amoungst sweeping alpine views — a perfect end to a day that has it all: curves, culture, and mountains.
Leinz to Seefeld
Today is all about the legendary Grossglockner Pass, one of Europe’s finest rides. The sweeping curves and steady climbs deliver incredible views of Austria’s highest peak and its surrounding glaciers. A short detour takes us into Germany’s Garmisch-Partenkirchen before returning to the Tyrolean Alps for our overnight in Ehrwald.
Seefeld to Andermatt
We continue our alpine journey through Austria's western Tyrol towards Switzerland. The Flüela & Oberalps Passes greet us with open curves, a red-roofed lighthouse and big mountain views, a classic high-alpine ride that threads through pristine valleys and glacial streams. Our day ends in Andermatt — perfectly placed in the heart of Switzerland’s pass country.
Andermatt to Stresa
This is a day riders dream of: four legendary passes in one ride. The Susten, Furka, Grimsel, and St. Gotthard passes each offer their own character — tunnels, hairpins, sweeping valleys, and incredible glacier views. From high alpine landscapes, we descend into Italy for a lakeside evening in Stresa on Lake Maggiore.
A well-earned pause. Relax by the water, explore the Borromean Islands, or enjoy a gentle lakeshore ride. Highlights: Lake Maggiore, Borromean Islands, lakeside relaxation.
Stresa to Val Cenis
Leaving the lakes behind, we head west into the Alps once again. The Col du Petit Saint-Bernard awaits — a historic route once used by Roman legions, now a ribbon of perfect curves and sweeping panoramas. Crossing into France, the mighty Col de l’Iseran rises ahead — the highest paved pass in the Alps and part of the famous Route des Grandes Alpes. We end the day in Val Cenis, a quiet alpine village surrounded by soaring peaks and crisp mountain air.
Val Cenis to Sisteron
A true alpine epic. From Val Cenis, we climb through the legendary passes of Col du Galibier, and Col du Lautaret — each a masterpiece of engineering and natural beauty. As we descend, the landscape shifts from rugged peaks to the warm light and lavender-scented breezes of Provence. We end the day with a ride through the dramatic Clue de Barles canyon before arriving at our destination, Sisteron, a sun-drenched town watched over by its ancient citadel — a striking contrast to the mountain world we’ve just crossed.
Sisteron to Gorge du Verdon
Today we ride one of Europe’s natural wonders: the Gorge du Verdon. Known as the Grand Canyon of Europe, its turquoise river winds beneath towering cliffs. We’ll ride both the north and south rim roads for unforgettable views of the turquoise river far below, before looping back to Sisteron.
Sisteron to Annecy
It’s a big ride today following the Route du Napoleon as we head north towards Combe Laval and the Gorges de la Bourne. These legendary balcony roads take you on a spectacular journey to the heart of the Vercors region, flanked by dizzying cliffs and crystal clear waters below. Our destination today is beautiful Annecy - often called the ‘Venice of the Alps”, where canals meet lakeside beauty and alpine charm.
Choose your pace today: swim in the clear waters of Lake Annecy, wander the old town’s arcaded streets & canals, or take a relaxed ride into the nearby mountains. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a mix of culture and nature. Highlights: Lake Annecy, canal walks, surrounding alpine villages
Annecy to Domodossola
Departing Annecy, we climb into the Alps once more and cross back into Italy via the magnificent Simplon Pass. Smooth tarmac, open curves, and grand alpine panoramas make it a joy to ride. At the summit, the great stone eagle stands guard — a powerful monument to the soldiers of World War II. Descending through forested valleys arrive at our destination of Domodossola, a lively town with a beautifully preserved medieval centre and bustling piazzas perfect for evening strolls.
Domodossola to Zernez
Three classic passes await: San Bernardino, Splügen, and Bernina. Each one is a masterpiece of alpine engineering and offers a different flavour of alpine riding — narrow gorges, stacked switchbacks, and open high-country roads. Tonight we spend the night in Zernez deep in the Engadin Valley, gateway to the Swiss National Park.
Zernez to the Arabba
One of the most exhilarating riding days of the whole tour: Umbrail Pass, Stelvio, Alpe di Siusi and Gardena Pass, all feature. Each delivers its own mix of challenge and reward. We finish our day in the delightful village of Arabba surrounded by the most beautiful peaks of the Dolomites.
A chance to relax, explore, or ride — your choice. Enjoy the cafés and mountain views, or join a short loop through the famous Sella Ronda, riding the Pordoi, Sella, and Falzarego passes. Whichever you choose, this is the Dolomites at their dazzling best. Highlights: Dolomites scenery, relaxed pace
Arabba to Kranjska Gora
We begin with a ride through Giau Pass on our way to Lake Misurina before riding the Passo di Mauria and the dramatic Vršič Pass — the highest in Slovenia, with 50 hairpin bends. The descent into Kranjska Gora is unforgettable.
Kranjska Gora to Ljubljana
A final day to savour with a ride past tranquil Lake Bled, the hidden beauty of Lake Bohinj, and one last ride through the rolling hills of Škofja Loka before returning to Ljubljana. This evening, we’ll gather to celebrate the journey and share stories from the road with a final group dinner.
