This great ride starts with the challenging Coromandel Loop Road, combining winding coastal roads and stunning beaches with climbing twists through forested ranges. From Coromandel you’ll wind your way through the Karangahake Gorge to the gentler roads of the Waikato plains making your way south to the thermal wonderland of Rotorua and then on to beautiful Art Deco Napier. But your journey doesn't end here, you'll also discover the famous Forgotten World Highway, admire the majestic Mt Taranaki and explore beautiful Lake Taupo. From Taupo your ride is through winding forest roads and farmland taking the smaller and more scenic roads back to Auckland. This ride is a perfect way to experience the delightful scenery of the Central North Island.
