From Coromandel you’ll wind your way through the Karangahake Gorge to the gentler roads of the Waikato plains making your way south to beautiful Lake Taupo. From Taupo your ride is through winding forest roads and farmland taking the smaller and more scenic roads back to Auckland. This ride gives a great opportunity to experience the delightful scenery of the Central North Island.
